The registration fee for the NC Coaching Clinic is $75.00.  Registration is done on-site prior to attending clinic sessions.

Pre-registrations is available to current NCCA members.  Pre-registration deadline is July 1.  Materials will be mailed to current members in May.  Members who have moved should notify the NCCA office of address changes prior to May 1.

Clinic registration is open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.  Registration and pre-registration pick-up will close at 12 noon on Thursday.

Photo identification (driver license, etc.) is required for registration.

Membership in the NCCA

Membership in the NCCA is open to qualified coaches who attend at least one day of the Clinic.  Membership registration for coaches hired after the clinic must be done through the coach's school.  ALL membership registration for the current year closes September 15.

ID Photos

Photo ID cards are made for members and associates.  These cards are made at a booth in the back of the Exhibition Hall.  Photographs are made all week during the hours of clinic registration.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Thursday 8:30 - 12:00 noon ONLY

You don't have to stand in those long lines that generally form at the photo booth on Monday morning!  During the remainder of the week, there is little or no wait to have your card made.

Certificate Renewal Credit

Two units of certificate renewal credit are awarded for 20 hours of clinic attendance.   There is an additional fee of $25 for renewal credit.  You may pre-register for credit or sign up prior to the first clinic session on Monday.  Check with your LEA if prior approval is required.

Game Tickets

The clinic registration fee includes one admittance to each of the East-West All-Star Games.  The photo ID card will serve as a pass to the soccer and football games.  You will use your membership ID card for a basketball ticket and you also receive a voucher to exchange for a game program.
